Shipments and Returns

Eskamas.com is transparent in its transport rates in each order and applies the same criteria as the carrier applies to Eskamas.com for sending orders, so we do not profit from transportation charges. Therefore, shipping of your order are calculated according to:

• Weight of your order (to be calculated once you have completed your order). The weight of your order will be the sum of the weights of each of the items and their quantities.
• Mailing address: it is cheaper to send an order on the peninsula, than it is to the Canary Islands for example.

For an exact shipping quote of your order on the basis of these two parameters, you must indicate the delivery address of your order, as well as items and quantities you wish to purchase.

International

Eskamas.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. 
When ordering outside of Spain from Eskamas.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number included.
